Our Program
We created Hispanics Forward to help young Hispanic professionals jumpstart their careers in the liberty movement. Hispanics are a growing demographic in the United States but many still lack resources to help them further their careers.
Hispanics Forward fills that gap through mentorship and customized professional development sessions. We match each participant with a mentor and provide opportunities that will spur professional and personal growth over the course of six months.

program can provide you.
Successful candidates will be asked to participate in a video interview before being accepted into the program.
Your Mentor
Once accepted, our team will pair program participants with mentors who best suit their needs. Mentorship meetings are held at least once a month and are a chance to workshop issues you are currently facing and find ways to expand your network.
Your Cohort
Apart from your mentor, you will meet with a cohort of current participants at least once a month. These meetings are an opportunity to discover more about your passions, participate in professional development sessions, and deepen your network of like-minded peers.
Who Should Apply?
Our mentorship program focuses on assisting those interested in careers in the liberty movement, including public policy, communications, research, development, finance, and events. We only ask that you have an interest in advancing liberty, or at least a desire to learn more.
Hispanics Forward is open to applicants with at least junior undergraduate standing to those with less than five years of work experience in their desired field. If you are curious, motivated, and ready to make a difference, this may be the program for you.
